Minimum Standards
The minimum standards are a national set of expectations that every local SEND Information, Advice and Support Service (IASS) must meet.
These standards are based on:
- the Children and Families Act 2014
- the SEND Code of Practice
- legal advice from the national IASS Network
They are designed to make sure that every IASS across England provides a consistent, high-quality service – no matter where you live.
